WinCase Manager is a comprehensive solution for law office needs.

Calendar views, Client Views, Statute Views and User Views are some of the standard windows.  Many windows can show customized display depending upon selections. 

Client View displays the Client list, all the associated matters with the client name.  Each Matter is in turn associated with Events and Memos associated with the matter.

You can store unlimited number of clients in WinCase Manager.

Matter Input Screen hold the basic matter information for each client.

A client may have multiple matters, each with it's own details on various aspects of the matter.

Each Client can have unlimited number of matters.

Each Matter links with Events tied with the matter.  These can be appointments, deadlines, reminders, appearances or follow-ups.  

You can enter unlimited number of Events per matter.

Continuing with the above theme, a Matter may have unlimited number of Memos.

Each Memo can be about case status, client or opposing part contact, various aspects of the case or any other pertinent information that needs to be entered as a memo.

Matter ViewBox offers screens to quickly sort clients by Matter name, Opposing Party, Statute of Limitation Date (descending order), or Matter Number.  Thus you can find any case as quickly as possible.

Query By Example option further narrows the screen selections.

Calendar Events view box allows you to select a date and view all the Events scheduled for that date.

Once the date is selected, then the Event can be added, modified or removed for the date.
